Our mission
Help expand access to education in rural and underserved regions of Kenya, in consultation with the local communities - empowering them to shape their own future.
Our vision
A virtuous approach
We start small to create lasting, positive change. Educating girls strengthens entire families and future generations.
Phase 1
A first cohort of girls will serve as a measurable and solid proof of concept.
Phase 2
Building on this foundation, we will scale access to education for all children, and to adults through economic empowerment programs.

Why this initiative
- a humanitarian decision for education and a better future
- a small, targeted commitment can break the cycle of poverty
- local actors are willing and able — they need resources
Food insecurity, inconsistent access to schooling, limited water and sanitation services significantly affect children’s education and future prospects, leading to frequent interruptions in schooling and unstable living conditions, limiting future opportunities and perpetuating the cycle of poverty.
Where we act
Phase 1
first cohort of girls → measurable results → proof of concept
Girls are the first to be excluded from school and face the highest risk of dropping out early. Educating them creates a lasting ripple effect across entire families — making them the most strategic starting point for change.
Phase 2
expand to all children & adult economic empowerment programs
Building on this foundation, our long-term ambition is to extend education, food, and hygiene support to all children, while strengthening local schools' infrastructure and teaching resources. We also aim to support local adults through economic empowerment programs, family planning education, and initiatives that help men recognize women's dignity and value — together improving living conditions for the whole community.

Local key challenges
Loiyangalani is an arid, geographically isolated region, marked by recurrent drought and limited access to infrastructure and education.
Its economy remains largely pastoral, with high unemployment.
Despite very limited resources, local women have shown resilience in organizing collectively to help shape their community's future.
